Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in high-stakes situations
Quickly assess and stabilize critical cases in the fast-paced ED
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create life-saving treatment plans
Educate patients and families during vulnerable moments
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
Recent emergency department experience
Commitment to Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing protocols
Proficiency with rapid patient assessment and triage
Strong trauma care skills including TNCC
Excellent teamwork in high-pressure environments
