Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a high-volume unit
• Circulate in the OR for C-section deliveries ensuring smooth procedures
• Monitor fetal hearts and manage inductions with precision and empathy
• Deliver postpartum care and support antepartum patients with expertise
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 52 staff to achieve outstanding outcomes
• Handle high-acuity cases like maternal hemorrhage and preeclampsia confidently

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of L&D experience
• Must have BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Experience circulating OR for C-section deliveries is essential
• Postpartum care background preferred for top consideration

Education

• RN licensure required, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong L&D background including inductions, C-sections, and mechanical dilators
• Proficiency with GE fetal monitoring, Panda warmers, and Hillrom labor beds
• Familiarity with CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Knowledge of protocols like Oxytocin, magnesium sulfate, and MEWS
• Team player mindset with positive, open-minded approach
