Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM one day per week and weekend on-call once every 6 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in a high-volume OR supporting life-changing surgeries
Circulate and scrub to ensure seamless procedures from angioplasty to ortho-spine cases
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 60 FTEs in a 408-bed hospital
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for focused, impactful care
Utilize cutting-edge Stryker video systems and standard OR equipment
Adapt quickly using Meditech EMR to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

Active RN license with minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Circulate and scrubbing experience preferred to hit the ground running
Meditech experience a big plus for smooth integration

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong OR skills including circulation and scrubbing
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Excellent communication with staff and providers
Adaptability to fast-paced changes
Patient experience focus in every interaction
