Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care in a fast-paced 16-bed NVICU
Manage complex patients with 2:1 ratios using standard ICU equipment
Perform vital procedures like central line and A-line placements, intubation, and assist with EVD patients
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 46 staff members including charge nurses and RNs
Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors to broaden your impact
Chart seamlessly in Meditech while prioritizing patient safety and outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of ICU experience - non-negotiable for this high-stakes role
ACLS certification required
Team player attitude that's accountable and genuinely caring
Ready to rock royal blue scrubs and dive into night shift action

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proven ICU expertise for handling the most critical cases
Familiarity with Meditech EMR a huge plus
Bonus points for oncology or neuro experience
Skilled in central lines, A-lines, intubation, and EVD care
