Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to CVICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your sharp clinical instincts
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft and execute top-notch care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, ideally in CVICU
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong passion for critical care nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with cardiac drips and post-op cardiac surgery care
Excellent critical thinking and prioritization under pressure
Compassionate communication with patients and families
