Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in the high-stakes Emergency Department
Quickly assess and stabilize urgent cases with precision and compassion
Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide life-saving interventions
Triage and prioritize patient needs during peak chaos
Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania via Nursys
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Emergency Department experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
NRP and DCI/BVP preferred for top candidates

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
Proficiency in ACLS protocols and pediatric emergencies
Strong multitasking in high-pressure environments
Compassionate patient communication under stress
