Roles & Responsibilities

• Scrub high-impact cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures like CABG, valves, and TAVR
• Maintain sterile fields during complex open heart surgeries and Level 2 trauma cases
• Collaborate seamlessly with a tight-knit team of experienced OR professionals
• Respond promptly to calls with 30-minute callback time to support patient care
• Utilize Meditech EMR to ensure accurate documentation and smooth operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as CST/ORT in OR settings
• Current certification as Surgical Technologist or Operating Room Technician
• Must-have cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical experience
• Punctual with ability to respond within 30 minutes for call
• Flexible schedule and team player mindset

• Expertise in scrubbing cardiac and vascular cases
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records
• Familiarity with advanced procedures including EVAR, TEVAR, LVAD, and ECMO
• Strong sterile technique and open heart equipment handling
• Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and adaptability
