Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve outstanding resident outcomes
Administer treatments and medications while interpreting diagnostic tests
Formulate personalized care plans and educate residents and families
Support your facility's mission through quality improvement and positive resident impacts

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in the full nursing process including assessment, planning, and implementation
Proficient in administering treatments, medications, and interpreting tests
Strong collaborator with healthcare providers and educators for residents

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $7,500.00
30 pay increments on pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience
