Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology services to diverse patients
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that drive real progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess swallowing and communication disorders with precision and care
Educate patients and families to empower lasting improvements

Qualifications

Active SLP license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
CCC-SLP certification preferred
BLS certification required
Passionate about helping patients regain their voice and independence

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysphagia and aphasia management
Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and empathy with patients of all ages
Proficiency in electronic health records
Adaptable to fast-paced hospital environments
