Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill patients in the Oncology ICU
Titrating drips with precision to stabilize the most complex cases
Manage ventilator and BiPAP patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Perform essential procedures like turning, dressing changes, and trach care
Collaborate with physicians and team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ year of ICU experience
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Compassionate personality with great teamwork skills and physician rapport

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU nursing and critical care expertise
Ventilator management and BiPAP patient care
Titrating drips confidently
Familiarity with CRRT, A-lines, and transplant patients (kidney, pancreas, liver)
Comfortable with Meditech EMR and equipment like Flow-track and IV pumps
