Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and assess telemetry patients with precision and care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions using advanced skills
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journey
Maintain accurate documentation that supports seamless care transitions

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
ACLS, TNCC, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Recent experience in MS Tele or similar telemetry setting
Ability to pass Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac telemetry monitoring
Proficiency with NIHSS stroke assessment
Strong trauma care knowledge from TNCC training
Excellent critical thinking and patient assessment skills
