Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver age-specific direct patient care with compassion and precision
Utilize the Nursing Process to make a real difference in patient outcomes
Lead with confidence by delegating tasks and fostering team success
Uphold the highest Department of Nursing and Specialty Specific Standards
Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications

Active RN license in Vermont
ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC certifications required prior to start
Experience in emergency department nursing preferred

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the Nursing Process
Deep understanding of Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care
Expertise in Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care
