Shift Type: Day Shift 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Night 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Observe and report on physical and mental symptoms with keen attention
Implement care and treatment procedures that make a real difference
Assist the treatment team in delivering exceptional patient care
Assess age-specific needs to provide personalized support
Deliver direct personal care services that enhance patients' daily lives

Qualifications

Certified Nurse Aide certification
At least 6 months experience in a LTC facility
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Workers
Previous work experience in HI is a plus

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing skills like taking vital signs and recognizing symptoms
First aid, infection control, and universal precautions
Patient rights, body mechanics, and activities of daily living
Knowledge of multiple cultures and strong communication skills
Good observation skills and emotional stability
