Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to patients in the ICU
Lead as Charge Nurse when needed, guiding your team with confidence
Monitor and respond swiftly to patient needs in high-stakes environments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Adapt to changing unit demands with flexibility and poise

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
Charge Nurse experience
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
Conscious Sedation certification (can be obtained on-site)

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ICU critical care protocols
Strong leadership from Charge Nurse roles
Proficiency in sedation management
Flexibility for varied shifts and high-volume weeks
