Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as an LPN — your care makes a difference every day
Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans
Perform routine assessments and report changes in patient condition to the team
Document patient care clearly and promptly to ensure continuity
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and facility staff to support great outcomes
Support resident comfort, dignity, and daily living activities with kindness

Qualifications

Current LPN license (state-appropriate) — active and in good standing
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing or LPN program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a close-knit care team
Professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and commitment to patient safety

Education

LPN diploma or practical nursing certificate from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Basic infection control and safety practices
Clear documentation and charting skills
Team collaboration and effective communication
Time management and prioritization in busy care settings
