Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status with attention to detail
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain accurate clinical records and follow facility policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Graduation from an accredited LPN/practical nursing program
Prior LPN clinical experience preferred, though motivated new grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Vital signs assessment and basic clinical monitoring
Wound care basics and ADL assistance
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Infection control practices and safety protocols
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
