Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a respectful and professional manner
Perform clinical assessments, monitor patient status, and document care accurately
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and update patient care plans
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when needed
Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring peers and participating in quality improvement

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS or specialty certifications preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings and background checks

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Electronic health record charting and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety protocols
Patient and family education techniques
Team collaboration and effective handoff communication
