Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as directed and document accurately
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support excellent outcomes
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control best practices

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Current, active licensure appropriate for practice in Pennsylvania
Basic life support (BLS/CPR) or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to pass required background and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent practical nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical nursing skills
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records/charting
Effective communication and teamwork
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
