Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the cath lab environment and equipment for safe, efficient procedures
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures with precision and calm
• Monitor patient status before, during and after procedures, prioritizing patient safety
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure all supplies and imaging tools are functioning
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in EPIC to keep the care team aligned
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow
• Participate in on-call coverage when scheduled, responding promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• ACLS certification (required)
• BLS (AHA) certification (required)
• ARRT certification (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Cath Lab or cardiac catheterization experience
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
• License to submit (state license as required)
• Willingness to complete a 12-hour orientation

• Strong communication and teamwork in high-stakes environments
