Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
• Perform thorough assessments and develop patient-focused nursing plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the medical record
• Respond quickly and effectively to urgent patient needs and changes in status

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications encouraged
• Current immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
• Comfortable working 12-hour clinical shifts in an acute care setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
• Clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical training are welcome

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy competency
• Clear, professional communication with patients and team members
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to support colleagues
