Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum nursing care in a family-centered environment
• Manage triage duties and evaluate patients to prioritize care effectively
• Perform fetal monitoring and assist with basic fetal assessment to ensure maternal and fetal safety
• Stabilize and support high-risk neonates, collaborating with the team on neonatal stabilization
• Deliver newborn care including routine assessments and nursery coordination when needed
• Participate in GYN surgical care and support perioperative needs at trained sites
• Document patient care clearly and communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and support patients and families through labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required (must be active upon submission)
• Healthcare Provider level BLS required
• AHA ACLS required
• NRP required
• PALS preferred
• STABLE preferred
• Perinatal-related RNC certification preferred
• Experience in Triage, Labor & Delivery and Postpartum required; Nursery experience preferred
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (CAP requirement for moderate complexity testing)

• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Active RN licensure (Oregon) required
