Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in your assigned area
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Perform routine assessments and monitor patient condition changes
Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary care team and families
Maintain thorough, timely charting in the electronic medical record
Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable working daytime 12+ hour shifts and collaborating with a care team
Professional, patient-centered attitude with strong communication skills
Previous LPN experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Infection control and safe care techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
