Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate basic nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the care team
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and handoff notes
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety while promoting independence

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding screening

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in medication administration, vitals, and basic assessments
Documentation best practices in electronic and/or paper charting
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety principles
Time management and prioritization for a busy clinical environment
Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
