Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and document patient responses accurately
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN/physician promptly
Support ADLs (activities of daily living) and assist patients with mobility and comfort
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and adhere to facility policies and procedures
Participate in infection control practices and maintain a safe patient environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact/state reciprocity if applicable)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads who completed an accredited LPN program are encouraged to apply
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Charting in electronic medical records and basic documentation best practices
Infection control, safety protocols, and standard precautions
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in fast-paced care settings
