Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and attend to daily patient needs
Administer medications and treatments following facility policy
Perform accurate patient assessments and document findings in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate care
Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Support patient and family education to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable performing patient assessments and vital signs monitoring
Competent with nursing documentation and basic EHR navigation
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
Good clinical judgment and time management during long shifts
