Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and compassion
Take and document vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support nursing staff with safe patient transfers and mobility assistance
Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated care
Document care activities accurately in patient records and follow care plans

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or able to obtain)
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background checks
Comfort working in a fast-paced care environment and putting patient comfort first
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completed state-approved CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of basic patient care and ADLs
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Good communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
Familiarity with infection control practices and proper PPE use
Basic documentation skills and comfort learning electronic health records
