Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate radiographic equipment to capture clear diagnostic images with care and precision
Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to deliver timely imaging results
Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail
Support a positive patient experience through compassion, professionalism, and clear communication

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification (or equivalent) in Radiography preferred
State radiologic technologist license for Missouri (or ability to obtain) encouraged
Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting is a plus
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass facility onboarding and orientation requirements

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (or equivalent training/certification)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
Familiarity with PACS and digital imaging workflows
Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
