Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate basic patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support safe mobility and assist with transfers following care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and interventions
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a respectful, dignified environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility
• Able to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; current LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with ADLs, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance
• Familiarity with basic infection control and safety protocols
• Good charting and documentation habits
• Ability to follow care plans and direction from licensed nurses
• Compassionate bedside manner and resident-centered approach
