Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM plus call evenings and weekends with 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate complex cardiovascular cases including CABGs and TCARS
Support neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies and spinal surgeries
Assist with orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements using advanced robotics
Provide expert care across general surgery, urology, and endoscopy specialties
Precept new team members and share your expertise
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven ability to circulate in CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General Surgery
Robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems preferred
Strong references and exceptional clinical skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expert circulating skills across multiple specialties
Robotics-assisted surgery experience
Ability to handle trauma and complex cases
Strong communication and precepting abilities
Flexibility to float between nearby campuses
