Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat 8-10 patients daily with personalized care plans
- Provide outpatient physical therapy for general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention
- Work with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive care
Qualifications
- 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Current PT license in Arizona
- BLS and CPR certification required
- EMR experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy techniques
- General orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Vestibular and BPPV treatment approaches
- Geriatric fall prevention strategies
- Electronic medical record documentation
