Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments to help patients achieve their recovery goals
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
Manage patient scheduling and maintain continuity of care throughout their rehabilitation journey
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to ensure seamless patient care coordination
Provide expert outpatient orthopedic care in a supportive community setting

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or Compact license required
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy techniques
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning abilities
Experience managing a variety of orthopedic conditions
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the rehab team
Comfortable treating patients across a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses
