Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of 12 patients daily
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed to support the broader rehab community
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Document progress and adjust treatment plans to help patients return to the activities they love

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
BLS certification required
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and varied outpatient conditions common in a small-town setting
Ability to build rapport quickly with patients of all ages
Comfort working independently in an athletic-club-based clinic
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in across settings
