Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
Help patients recover from orthopedic surgeries, joint replacements, and neurological conditions
Address vestibular and balance challenges to improve quality of life
Collaborate with PTA team members to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation
Document progress using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Comfortable treating orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular patients
Two supervisory references required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload independently
Familiarity with total joint protocols and neuro rehab
Professional attire and positive attitude
