Location: Redding, California

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Educate patients and families on techniques for continued success
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care facility
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging, patient-centered therapy plans
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
