Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care to patients across a variety of surgical specialties
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure smooth procedures in trauma and neuro cases
Prepare operating rooms and equipment while maintaining the highest safety standards
Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond quickly to any changes
Serve as a reliable resource during call rotations and support your colleagues when needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of OR nursing experience with trauma and neuro cases
Charge nurse experience is a plus but not required
Epic EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotic procedures
Ability to handle trauma cases with confidence and composure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with 30-minute call response time
Flexible and ready to float within Zone 1 when needed
