Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with care and precision
• Position patients and imaging equipment to capture high-quality images
• Follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient and imaging records
• Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent care

Qualifications

• Certified or credentialed radiologic technologist (ARRT or equivalent preferred)
• Active state radiology licensure or eligibility (Missouri licensure preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable working with a variety of imaging equipment and digital systems
• Preferred: prior experience in a hospital or outpatient radiology setting
• Strong patient-care focus, reliability, and good communication skills

Education

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with radiographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Familiarity with PACS and electronic imaging/documentation systems
• Strong attention to detail and image quality assessment
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
• Good interpersonal skills for working with patients of all ages and clinical teams
