Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful personal care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support safe transfers and positioning while following facility protocols
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for those in your care
- Communicate observations and concerns clearly to the nursing team
- Document care activities accurately and timely per facility policy
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure high-quality resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
- Comfortable working 8-hour shifts; exact schedule to be confirmed
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to pass facility-required background and health screenings (as applicable)
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic infection control and hygiene practices
- Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and team members
- Reliable documentation and attention to detail
- Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced care setting
