Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming—with dignity and respect
• Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor patient condition throughout your shift
• Document care accurately and promptly to keep the care team informed
• Support safe transfers and mobility assistance to reduce fall risk
• Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in facility policies and infection control practices to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (T-LNA/LNA) valid for NH/VT area
• Comfortable working the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Willingness to work a travel contract assignment (11 weeks)
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to complete facility-required onboarding and screenings

• Hands-on patient care and ADL support
• Basic vital signs monitoring and reporting
• Accurate documentation and charting practices
• Infection control and safe patient handling
• Teamwork, time management, and effective communication
