Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and escalate concerns to the RN or provider
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure regulatory compliance
Support residents and families with clear communication and empathy

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Pennsylvania licensure strongly preferred)
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous LPN experience welcomed; compassionate approach to long-term care residents

Education

LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent practical nursing education
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of LPN nursing fundamentals and standard clinical procedures
Familiarity with medication administration and documentation standards
Ability to assess basic patient conditions and recognize changes
Skilled in time management and prioritizing patient needs
Comfortable working within a collaborative healthcare team environment
