Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility needs with dignity and respect
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes promptly to the nursing team
Accurately document care provided and maintain clear communication with colleagues
Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care
Assist with transfers, positioning, and safe use of mobility aids as directed
Engage residents with kindness, supporting their comfort and emotional needs

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Active authorization to work in Pennsylvania (state CNA registration as applicable)
Ability to perform duties during 8-hour shifts and communicate effectively with team and residents
Willingness to complete facility-required screenings and onboarding steps

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of resident care and activities of daily living
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Understanding of infection control and standard precautions
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and care teams
Reliable documentation and time management skills
Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans
