Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document accordingly
Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to support patient goals
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Maintain clear, timely charting and uphold facility policies and infection control practices

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Pennsylvania) or eligible to practice in PA
Minimum clinical experience as an LPN preferred (exact years to be discussed)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required or obtainable upon hire
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
Ability to perform clinical tasks in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) or equivalent program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe dosing practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Charting and documentation best practices, including electronic health records
Infection control standards and adherence to clinical protocols
Time management and prioritization during longer clinical shifts
Team collaboration and clear communication with interdisciplinary staff
