Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, ensuring safety and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
Support patient activities of daily living with dignity and respect
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to coordinate effective care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Pennsylvania (required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (preferred or obtainable upon hire)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a multidisciplinary team
Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Infection control principles and patient safety practices
Basic wound care and ADL support
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is helpful
Compassionate bedside manner and good time management
