Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; exact start/end times and days scheduled by the facility (shift pattern to be confirmed during scheduling)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients
Accurately document care and observations in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification valid in Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Comfortable assisting with physical tasks and patient handling

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and ADL assistance
Vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Basic charting/EMR familiarity and accurate documentation
Good interpersonal skills and resident-centered care approach
