Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Triage and assess patients presenting to the emergency department quickly and accurately
Deliver direct patient care including medication administration and critical interventions
Collaborate with physicians, techs and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Document patient status and care plans clearly and promptly in the medical record
Respond to emergencies with calm, confident clinical decision-making
Support throughput and patient flow to optimize ED efficiency and patient experience

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience working in the Emergency Department (ED/ER)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Solid emergency nursing fundamentals and triage experience
Patient assessment, stabilization and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple acuity levels in a fast-paced environment
Clear, concise clinical documentation and handoff communication
Team collaboration and adaptability in dynamic clinical situations
