Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to care plans
Monitor and document patient vitals, condition changes, and responses to treatment
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support daily living needs
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Adhere to infection control standards and facility policies to keep patients and staff safe

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (able to practice in Georgia)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained upon hire
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first attitude
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent LPN training

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Wound care basics and assistance with ADLs
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control procedures and safe patient handling
