Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out care plans
Communicate clearly with residents and families to educate and support them
Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Contribute to quality improvement efforts that enhance resident outcomes

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain)
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfort working per diem shifts with a flexible schedule
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a plus
Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Accurate documentation and charting practices
Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
Knowledge of infection control and resident safety standards
Ability to prioritize and manage time during busy shifts
