Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers and fall-prevention measures to protect residents
• Document care accurately and timely in residents' records to ensure continuity and quality
• Support mealtime assistance and ensure proper nutrition and hydration needs are met
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and the care team to promote resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
• T-LNA designation noted (where applicable) or ability to meet facility tagging requirements
• Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends as needed by the facility
• Available for a 14-week travel assignment from Apr 6, 2026 to Jul 6, 2026
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a resident-first mindset

Education

• Completion of a state-approved LNA training program or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Proficient in taking and recording vital signs and observing changes in condition
• Good documentation practices and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy evening shifts
