Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility while preserving dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to nursing staff
Support meal assistance and feeding when needed
Document resident care and communicate clearly with the care team
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control best practices
Observe, report, and escalate changes in resident condition to licensed staff

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required as per facility policy
Ability to pass background check and any facility-required screenings
Demonstrated experience providing direct resident care preferred
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and resident transfers
Knowledge of basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety protocols
Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Reliable time management and attention to detail for charting tasks
