Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to residents with dignity and compassion
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and use of assistive devices to prevent falls
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart
- Follow infection control practices and facility policies to promote a safe environment
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families and the care team
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) in good standing
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- Comfortable performing hands-on resident care and basic clinical tasks
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings as required
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of certified CNA program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in activities of daily living assistance and safe resident handling
- Knowledge of basic vital sign measurement and documentation
- Understanding of infection prevention and standard precautions
- Good bedside manner, patience and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with licensed nurses
