Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect
- Support safe mobility and transfers to reduce fall risk and promote independence
- Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record to ensure continuity
- Provide compassionate bedside support and build rapport with patients and families
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to provide proof of required immunizations and pass background checks
- Comfort with patient transfers and basic mobility assistance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; a positive, patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an approved CNA program and current state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Basic vital signs and observation of clinical changes
- Safe transfer and lifting techniques
- Clear documentation and effective handoff communication
- Infection control practices and OSHA safety awareness
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
